What is included in the price, and what is billed separately?
In the quote: scenario, development, tests, launch. Hosting, domain, paid APIs and AI tokens — separate if needed.
Do you integrate CRM, spreadsheets and payments?
Yes — tailored to your project. In the estimate we name only services we have already shipped.
Where is the bot hosted, and who owns the code after payment?
After full payment we hand over access, the token and the code — as in the offer. Hosting: your server or agreed infrastructure.
Do you build AI replies in Telegram?
We add it on request and with guardrails: the bot does not invent prices or stock outside the knowledge base.
How does project payment work?

What about support after launch?
